Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing RSS Hospitality. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and modifications to your hotel reservations.

Standard Cancellation

For standard rate bookings, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will not incur any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a fee equivalent to the first night's stay.

Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under non-refundable rates or promotional offers cannot be cancelled or modified entirely free of charge. Full payment is generally taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

Modifications

If you need to modify your reservation dates or room type, please refer to the specific terms of your booking rate. Subject to availability, changes can be made up to 48 hours before check-in. Rate differences may apply depending on the new dates or room type selected.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
